Styled Shoot | Weddings | Elopements | Virginia Wedding Photographer

This summer I teamed up with my friend Adrienne from the Wedding Studio to plan and photograph a styled wedding.  Our models were Sarah Knuth and her husband Kent. Sarah is a photographer herself and known here in Indianapolis through her modeling for the local clothing store Dottie Couture. I was really happy to have her and get to know her. She is just as amazing as you think she would be!  We kept it pretty simple. Just both of them in the enchanted woods, her in an amazing dress and some flowers.

Dress : The Wedding Studio, Carmel

Flowers : Old Forest Farm

What to wear Wednesday - What to wear to your Boudoir Session | Washington D.C. Boudoir Photographer

Bodysuits! In all forms and shapes, for all forms and shapes! The amazing thing about bodysuits ?! If you are super concerned about your midsection or arms a bodysuit is perfect in hiding those things you might be uncomfortable about. <3

What to wear Wednesdays - Boudoir - Cozy Styles - Virginia Boudoir Photographer

Boudoir - does not always mean in underwear or half naked.  You can do this YOUR way. However YOU feel the most comfortable . Remember, it's all about YOU.   I love those cozy styles for fall.  With a cup of coffee maybe ? :)

This is Morgan. My hair and make up artist. Well, one of them. She does amazing work and I just love her style. Here she tells you just a little bit about the Makeup she is wearing !

I often get asked what my favorite products are, especially from MAC.
To give a little background , I have worked for the company on and off for years, and still pop up at the Indianapolis counters as a freelancer from time to time.
Their products are always my go to and hardly ever disappoint.
On that note , my favorite products of ..ALL TIME.. Are from the Mickey Contracter collection. This is an old school collection created with Micky, who is known for creating stunning Bollywood Beauty.
For Indian , Middle Eastern and Mediterranean ladies these colors, and ones similar are must-haves for a beautiful exotic look.
Ps. Posting products in next photo, and dupes to follow  #makeup #makeupartist #midwest#indianapolis #maccosmetics #middleeastern#indian #medditeranean

End of year review - Indianapolis Boudoir Photographer

Quick 2015 year review.

2015 started off rough in a hotel room for weeks with two kids after our move off island to Indiana. Out of boredom and desperation I started to submit images to different blogs. It happened that some of my work has been featured which led me to submit more images.

Well 2015 was full of surprises and different blog and magazine features :)

I also have been writing quick tips for the BP4UBlog.

At the end of the year my work has been published in Beyond the Wanderlust Magazine and in a Danish Newspaper!

Here are some features to check out!
